We want you to be completely satisfied with CertMon. If it does not fit your development workflow, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

How to request a refund

Simply email support@getcertmon.com from the email address you used at checkout, or include your Polar order ID / license key. You do not need to provide a reason, though constructive feedback is always appreciated.

Processing time

Refunds are initiated immediately via Polar back to your original payment method. Depending on your credit card issuer or bank, the funds typically appear on your statement within 3 to 5 business days. Once refunded, the license key is deactivated.
