CertMon

TERMS

License Terms

Clear, straightforward terms for using CertMon.

Your License

A paid license grants one purchaser the right to install and use CertMon on up to three Macs that you own or personally control. It is a license to use the software, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property. A free trial grants full functionality for 14 days.

Updates & Perpetual Fallback

Your license purchase includes all software updates released within 12 months of purchase. The version of CertMon you are entitled to use continues working indefinitely after that 12-month period expires. An optional annual update renewal ($15/year) extends access to future updates; it is never required to continue using your existing version.

Use and Responsibility

CertMon generates cryptographic certificates, runs a local reverse proxy, and binds local ports. You agree to use CertMon only on machines and networks you are authorized to administer. Do not redistribute, sublicense, or publicly share license keys.

Warranty and Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CertMon is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Spencer Uresk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software. Our 14-day no-questions-asked refund policy provides a full money-back guarantee.
